Terms & Conditions
1. Valid Information
(a). Users shall provide 100% accurate information about their identity to Freebiejeebies..
(b). Users shall not use another person's name or information to create an account on any Freebiejeebies site, i.e. you may not signup for another person.
(a). Freebiejeebies may not be able to deliver physical items to all supported countries, and although every effort will be made to deliver the item, a cash alternative may be offered instead.
(b). There may not be more than one account per person per Freebiejeebies site and 100% accurate current and personal information must be supplied. This includes any accounts which have previously been closed/deleted.
(c). There may not be more than one account per household per Freebiejeebies site and 100% accurate current and personal information must be supplied.
(d). There may not be more than one account per IP address. Please note that using a shared internet connection may result in you having the same IP address as another user. This may result in your account being placed on hold and there is no guarantee that this status will ever be removed.
(e). Any accounts which share the same IP address will be permanently unlinked from any other accounts at the same IP and no user shall ever receive credit for any offers completed by these accounts.
(f). Freebiejeebies reserves the right to request proof of a user's address and/or identity.
(g). A user may not use another person's name or information to receive products from this website. For example, one person may not join the site for another person, or complete offers for another person's account.
(h). Users may not have multiple accounts at multiple shipping addresses or IP addresses on the same freebiejeebies site. i.e. you may not use multiple computers, internet service providers or IP addresses to create multiple accounts.
(i). A user may not "walk" a referral through the creation of an account or any of the offers on our sites. All users must sign up for their individual account themselves and are responsible for completing the offer process themselves. If a user is found to have "walked" a referral through the signup and/or offer process, all accounts affected will be placed on hold.
(j). Referral credits cannot be transferred between accounts or between sites.
(k). Users are responsible for the security of their own account(s). Users should not share their account information with others and they are responsible for keeping their password(s) secure. Freebiejeebies is not liable for any loss due to the theft or misuse of your account or its information.
(l). Any user who has his or her account placed on hold may not create another account on any of the freebiejeebies websites. Anyone else in the same household as the user placed on hold will also be included in the hold status.
(m). By signing up under a referral link you give permission for your email address and country to be displayed to the person you signed up under. We will never pass on your name and address to other users.
(n). The masking of referral links is not permitted. (When a user visits Freebiejeebies our URL must be visible in the address bar.)
(o). We do not accept customers from the Philippines or India and any accounts created from these countries will be placed on hold.
3. Cancellation of Account

(a). Any unauthorized use or entry into a Freebiejeebies site is illegal and is punishable by law. The violation of any law will provide sufficient impetus for Freebiejeebies to prosecute the offender to the fullest extent of the law as well as disqualify any accounts created by the offender.
II. THE GIFTS
1. Receipt of Free Gifts
(a). Freebiejeebies cannot guarantee the receipt of any product regardless of offers completed or referrals gained. All users are subject to our fraud verification process before they receive any gift and if found to be fraudulent will never receive a gift.
(a). All orders are mailed to the address specified when the product is ordered. It is the responsibility of the user to make sure this address is correct. We are not responsible for failure of delivery due to, but not limited to: theft, erroneous delivery, mishandling during packaging or delivery or incorrect address.
(b). If a User does not receive a product, and has waited over 28 days from the time the gift was shipped, he/she should contact Freebiejeebies and confirm that their shipping address was correct. In the event that the gift was lost, Freebiejeebies will take reasonable effort to replace it if necessary.
3. Availability of Products
(a). We are not responsible for the availability of a product. A product may be from time to time out of stock and a voucher alternative may be requested and/or offered in these cases.
(b). We reserve the right to change or remove any gifts offered on any of our web sites at any time. If a free gift is replaced by a different gift, the new gift may not be of equal value to the gift being replaced.
4. Returns Policy
(a). Freebiejeebies does not guarantee any product you receive.
(b). In a case where the wrong gift is shipped, we will make our best effort to replace the gift.
(c). If a product is found to be defective, the user should consult the warranty information included with the product. We are not responsible for the replacement or repair of defective products. Please contact the relevant vendor for questions about damaged or defective products you receive. In cases where you do not know what vendor shipped it to you, we can provide you with the appropriate vendor's contact information.
5. Changes to Requirements
(a) Freebiejeebies reserves the right to change the requirements for receiving a free gift at any time, including but not limited to changing the number of referrals required to obtain the free gift.
1. Completion of Offers
(a). Users may only receive credit for the first time completion of any offer. If you have previously joined an offer whether on the freebiejeebies sites or any other, you cannot then receive credit for completing that same offer again. Completing the same offer more than once via any single or any combination of Freebiejeebies web sites will result in your account being placed on hold.
(b). In order to receive credit for completing an offer, you must use the same email address that you used to register as a user at the Freebiejeebies web site from which you completed the offer. You must also ensure that your browser settings are configured to accept all cookies and that you are not running any software that could block the cookies or URLs required for tracking the completion of offers.
(c). Users may only complete offers under their own account and users cannot receive offer credit for offers completed by any other persons (whether or not the other person is a member of any of our websites).
(d). Offers must be completed by clicking the offer link provided on each Freebiejeebies web site. Freebiejeebies cannot guarantee credit for offers completed by not clicking the link on the Freebiejeebies offers page.
(e). Offers must only be completed using a user's own payment details and no credit will be given where a user uses another person's payment details to complete an offer.
2. Failure to receive credit for an offer
(a). Freebiejeebies cannot guarantee that you will receive credit for completing an offer. We reserve the right to refuse to credit you for the completion of an offer for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to, lack of appropriate information, improper sign-up method, improper browser settings, and/or history of manual credits.
(b). You are responsible for keeping all emails you receive from offer providers regarding the completion of their offers. Manual credit will not be given without a confirmation email. A confirmation email is an email that a User receives from an offer provider after their offer requirements have been fully satisfied. However, presenting a confirmation email does not guarantee that a User will receive credit.
(c). Freebiejeebies are not responsible for delays in reporting offer completion or failure to receive offer credit.
(d). If a user believes that they have fully completed an offer and yet, has not been credited, the User should once again make sure that they have in fact met all of the requirements stipulated by the offer provider. If the user confirms that they have performed all of the necessary actions, he or she should contact our support desk at http://support.freebiejeebies.co.uk. The User should note, however, that we reserve the right to deny credit for an offer.
(e). Freebiejeebies reserves the right to carry out random checks to confirm legitimacy of offer completions and credit may be withheld if satisfactory proof is not received.
(f). The use of virtual or prepaid credits cards to complete any offer is not permitted under any circumstances.
3. Terms of Offers
(b). All Users complete offers at their own risk. We are not responsible for services or products associated with our offer providers. If there is a complaint about services or products received from an offer provider, users should contact the offer provider directly.
(c). Offer credits cannot be transferred between accounts.
(a). Freebiejeebies reserve the right to check all referrals for signs of fraud. We reserve the right, to determine which referrals are fraudulent, and to not disclose the reasoning behind this decision if in doing so we would compromise our detection methods.
(b). If we suspect a user of fraud or breach of these terms and conditions, his or her account will be placed on hold and made null and void. All efforts to receive a free gift are non-transferable. This includes all referrals and offer completions.
(c). Users need to obtain referrals in order to receive a gift and no gift can be obtained without referrals.
(d). To count towards your free gift your referrals need to complete one offer but this can be any of the offers available on the site.
(e). Your free gift is NOT dependent on your referrals also gaining referrals.
(f). In order to protect the quality of leads sent to our advertisers we are unable to give referral credit for any offers completed by referrals whose account is in breach of our terms and conditions.
V. ACCOUNTS ON HOLD
Common reasons for accounts being placed on hold:
(a). User having multiple accounts.
(b). Making fraudulent referrals.
(c). Sending your referral link to others in an unsolicited or excessive manner or posting your referral link anywhere where it is forbidden such as newsgroups and online forums.
(d). Negative feedback from any of our advertisers or offers being immediately canceled.
(e). More than one account at the same shipping address.
(f). The use of any software, hardware, service or technique to hide or disguise your identity or IP address is not allowed. This includes the use of any proxy server/service which is not part of your internet service provider. Furthermore, using an internet service provider whose purpose is to provide anonymous internet access is not allowed.
(g). Posting information on a web site, forum, or auction relating to canceling offers, including cancellation phone numbers, cancellation time frames, and any encouragement or direction to cancel the offers after signing up with them.
(h). Gaining referrals by deception (for example, claiming to have a "hacked" link which gives a user free referrals, or claiming a user may receive a gift without obtaining referrals)
(i). We are not responsible for notifying a User about his or her account being placed on hold.
(j). Users will not receive any reimbursement for offer credits or referrals accumulated prior to being placed on hold.
(k). If a User feels that he or she has been disqualified in error, they may contact us via our support desk: http://support.freebiejeebies.co.uk.
(l). We are not obligated to fully disclose the reasons for putting an account on hold if doing so may compromise our fraud detection methods.
